AI Operations Leader

I build the AI operating system that runs a company.

I turn scattered company knowledge into an AI workforce. For businesses doing 7 and 8 figures a year that currently run on three people's heads.

The AI operating system

Four layers. One connected company.

The important stuff at most companies lives in ten tools and three heads. When someone quits, it walks out the door. This is what I build instead.

1

The Brain

One knowledge base where every meeting, note, doc, and decision lands, named consistently and linked to the people and projects it touches. Readable by any model. One source of truth instead of ten scattered tools.

2

The Routing

The routing. Information reaches the person who needs it before they ask. Anyone can find out why a decision was made without interrupting anyone. A new hire reads three months of context on day one.

3

The Agents

AI agents that support real work. One grades every sales call against a SPIN-based rubric and coaches each rep. A manager reviews maybe 5% of calls. The agent grades all of them.

4

The Orchestration

The layer that runs the agents. A call ends, the transcript lands in the brain, the grading agent scores it, the rep has coaching notes before their next call. No human touched any of it.

How I work

The system has to fit the people.

I started in operations at its most unforgiving: running hundred-person film crews. Since then I've done nearly every job a company has, embedded inside sales, service, marketing, and coaching teams across dozens of industries.

Before I build anything, I interview every team member. I learn the real work: what's repetitive, what's slow, what lives in one person's head, what breaks when someone is out.

You own everything. The brain lives in your Google Drive, not my platform, and it works with any AI.

"Bring me the problem nobody has been able to fix. The one too specific or too messy for off-the-shelf software."
Most companies hire OnSpot to build it. Some bring me inside to run it from a leadership seat.
Services & pricing

Pick the problem. The price is on it.

Fixed scope, fixed price, no hourly meter running. Every build ends with something you own and your team actually uses.
